I have ultra sensitive skin so was worried about trying this (and other philosophy products.) I never should have had a concern! this product is not only helping me get my skin under control, it's not greasy at all, is so gentle I have no problems with it and my sensitivity, and the smell doesn't bother me in the least. It is probably the first facial mosturizer I've tried that doesn't give me a stuffy or itchy nose when I use it! Thanks philosophy and I'll be giving this one out as Christmas gifts this year!

excellent product. my skin is normally oily and some products tend to make me break out, this one did not. does not leave a greasy feeling.

i took a last-minute mini-break at my friend's house in palm springs, which included a last-minute packing job in a mini-bag. my toiletries included only little sample packets of products that i haven't yet tried (and had not planned to try, but could never bring myself to throw anything away). i am *so* glad that "hope in a jar" was the moisturizer i grabbed from the pile. i don't think i've ever rushed to purchase a full-size product after trying the sample-size as quickly as i did after using "hope in a jar". i was not loyal to any brand of moisturizer, as i had not yet found one with which i was completely satisfied...until "hope in a jar". i could see and feel the difference in my skin almost instantly (add a 6th star for *instant gratification*). yes, my eyes stung a bit, but relative to other sorts of pain i endure in order to look awesome, it was minimal (e.g., grueling workouts, high heels, tight jeans, heat-styling hair, plucking, waxing, shaving, etc.) a little goes a long way and the souffle texture is so luxurious. i see that for many users, opinions on the scent are at the extremes; however, since i usually associate strong smells with certain events, i think this stuff smells absolutely fabulous...like i said, i received *instant gratification* after first use...and before the moisturizer barely completed sinking-in, i hopped-online to purchase a full-size jar! run, don't walk, to get this stuff. you'll never get another chance like this (at such an awesome price) to buy back your youth!

This is the first moisturizer that I have used that absorbed quickly, did not clog my pours and was effective!!!!!!! I love this moisturizer. Karen
