This is my second pair of this heavy duty winter slipper. They are warm with a thick sole. They do run about a size small. I'm usually a 10.5 or 11. In these I require a 12. While there is plenty of fluffy fur inside, these do not have a cushy, extra soft (gel or memory foam) padding like some slippers. Still I like these in the winter when it's cold. I also like the back heal section. These are not just a typical slide, but come up about around the back of the foot, which I like. My first pair lasted about 5 years before the interior sole began to wear through which became uncomfortable. The rugged outer sole never wore out.
I bought these Uggs based on recommendation from my kids. Their grandparents bought them some and they kept preaching how comfortable, cozy and warm they are. I have a very large shoe size and never thought I'd find any in my size. I got the email showing these and decided to just take a look. To my surprise, they had them in my size and I rushed to get them.
Putting them on for the first time was even better than I thought. My kids were absolutely spot on: comfortable, cozy and warm. I've retired my Crocs that used to me my goto house shoes and have been living in my Uggs ever since. Highly recommended!
I purchased 2 slippers for my husband and nephew, a black and tan. It’s my nephew’s first UGG’s, and he truly is happy with the softness, comfort and style of the slipper. My husband is an UGG’s aficionado.
