These boots are great for cold Winter weather. The UGGpure wool insole lining is very soft. It is also warm and breathable and wicks away sweat, so I often wear them without socks. Traction is decent in snow and ice, although I would prefer a more substantial grip for icy conditions.
I bought these as a birthday gift for my husband. He loves them. The quality is outstanding. The shearling lining is SO MUCH more plush compared to the women's version of the classic short. I wish UGG would make the women's Classic boot as top notch as their men's version. Nordy shipped to me ASAP and I got the package in just a few days. My husband is a 10.5 and I ordered an 11. They fit perfect.
