This was a gift! But the customer service was very helpful when I was t able to get my address to work! The boots were shipped very quickly and I got them a week before Xmas!
I got these about 3 weeks ago. I will be the first to tell you, they do keep your feet warm . However, in some, but not all cases, most people cannot wear socks when wearing them. When I removed my socks, I found them to be a very good fit and superbly comfortable. Even in a very cold spell, when I to walk my dog, I found them enjoyable. Very good boots.

Love this comfy boot. But, my foot is 10 1/2 and 4 1/4 wide which is just under the wide mark of 4 5/16th. I had to buy a size 13 before I got a comfortable fit. Add some wide sizes please!
