Uggs are like time in the sense that every pair is different. Best to purchase in store so you can get a realistic feel of the shoe you're about to purchase. This is my second pair and this most recent purchase doesn't feel like my first pair, I hope that with time and more wear, they will be. The above comment is specific to my experience, overall I love the company and plan to continue purchasing from them.

I really like this boot because it can double for a small adult boot and so my daughter and I can wear it. UGGS are definitely warm... I cannot wait for another pair.
