Very easy to use system. Extremely efficient and easy to navigate. The product itself is exactly as described and fits perfectly. I'd say the size chart is accurate. Overall a great online shopping trip. I'd use Nordstrom.com again.

Prosvery undurable, tore too quickly, barley worn, dont recommend, disappointed
I just got theses for my son just about a month ago, when he only wore them out of the house once. Then, he was wearing them inside to keep you warm, but in a spilt second, they somehow ripped. Now UGGS is a very big company, so I expected much more from the company, especially with the price tag attached to it... Also, I was very surprised that this happened INSIDE, and not even out in the yard! Again, I am not happy with these shoes and defiantly DO NOT recommend this to anyone who wants to keep an expensive shoe more than just a month without it ripping entirely, and having to throw them out. I was totally expecting more from UGGS from how well known it is and I'm never buying from this company again.

I love my Uggs. I haven't worn them yet but I love them. The person who sold them to me was very nice and patient. The only part I didn't like was the shipping because it took about 2 weeks for me to get them because of the weather.
