This isn't my first nor my last time I've ordered through Nordstrom.com they are always prompt with shipping! They arrived earlier than expected and in perfect shape and they didn't disappoint!

When I first purchased my Uggs, they were bad and I could see that they were tried on before because of the creases in the boot. Also the fur was fairly minimal on the boot, and did not seem up to par with the price I paid. So I contacted Nordstrom and they sent me a different pair. It's safe to say that this new pair is MUCH better, and Nordstrom was amazing in providing that exchange for me.

Purchased a size 8 toddler for my 3 year old. Her regular size shoe is an 8 and these ran true to size. She loves them and they are very stylish.

I bought these for my granddaughter Last year she had baby uggs and it was easy to get them off and on. They go with everything and are super cute
