I just recently opened the first bottle of my order.I always order two of the large bottles during the summer sale. I have used this lotion for years but what I received this year is totally different. The formulation has changed drastically. This lotion no longer contains emu oil, allantoin,squalene etc. which added to the richness and texture. Now there is sucrose, caffeine, carnauba wax and too many chemicals to mention. The texture is watery by comparison and the fragrance is weak and chemical like. Had I not purchased this from Nordstrom, I would have thought it was a "knock off". I suspect it is a more cheaply made version that is now being produced to cut costs. I am beyond disappointed and would like to know if these bottles can be returned. Thank you for your help.

I have bought the large bottle of cream every anniversary for years. Sadly, the lotion simply says ‘fragrance’ now instead of Donna Karan fragrance, & has no pleasant scent. It is a chemical plain smell. Nor is it rich & creamy! I just sent it back and now I cannot wait to try the smaller tube, hopefully for the delightful experience I have previously enjoyed!
