Love the product, hate the packaging

I love the deodorant - smells great (I don’t even need to wear perfume!), feels luxurious, has amazing staying power, and keeps me dry all day. I knocked off 2 stars though because I’ve had this deodorant for a mere 16 days, and the twist up part at the bottom is broken. So when I try to twist up the product to use it, it doesn’t twist up higher. So now I have to try to dig out some of the deodorant with a knife and awkwardly rub it on my underarms. For a $30 deodorant, I expect packaging that works.
