online color match doesnt work

Im so disappointed. I really wanted to like this. The lipstick itself is probably great, but the color match doesnt work. I ordered this in the color "nude", based on the description (a medium pink brown) as well as the model and live color match (which was more on the brown side, and what I was looking for). This color is RED. On the coral side of red. Ugh. I probably wont ever wear it :( I hope others have better luck than I did. Just be cautious of the color match. Didnt work at all for me.

I bought this for my mom and she is loving it! So I repurchased 2 more for her to use as a daily lip. Great color and stays on perfectly.
