Amazing warm red

Burnt Red was a promotional freebie that I did not choose. I was skeptical (I never would have selected it myself) but I really love it. Previously, the woman at BB makeup counter talked me into Slopes, but it was definitely not my color and I ended up giving it away. I have reddish hair and a warm skin tone and Burnt Red is perfect for me. As usual, Bobbi Brown lipsticks feel great on and really last.

Bring Back Pink Mauve

Please stop discontinuing the shades in the original formula! I'm so disappointed that Pink Mauve is no longer available. There seems to be a lot of investment in the newer formulas, but none of them measure up to the original lipstick formula. I've been a Bobbi Brown customer since the mid-90s and I used to be excited to see what new products and shades were being released. That is no longer the case. What happened to the classic Bobbi Brown look? You could walk into Neiman Marcus Houston Galleria and immediately spot the BB makeup artists because they had the Bobbi look. It seems that the new Bobbi direction is to follow trends vs. the classic, everyday, polished look. When you discontinue a lipstick shade, you are re-releasing it under a different formula, but the the color isn't the same. Please reconsider your investment in new products and remember what made Bobbi Brown, Bobbi Brown.

Discontinued colors?

This is my favorite lipstick formula: classic finish, lasts, and fades evenly so you aren't left with a weird ring around the lips. I've been wearing it for 20 years. Many of my favorite lip colors have been discontinued along with my concealer shade; several foundation and concealer shades are gone. While those colors maybe weren't "big" sellers, the people who did buy them loved having colors that suited them! The company seems to be changing since Bobbi stepped away. You had such an inclusive range (colors/tones and ages) before that was a thing! You should promote that, stop with the "influencers", and celebrate your faithful, core buyers.

Bring back Pink Mauve!!

I'm so disappointed that Pink Mauve was discontinued! I've worn this shade for years; it's my #1 professional lipstick. You don't even offer a comparable shade. Bobbi Brown seems to discontinue more makeup shades than any other brand.
