For years I have avoided using lipstick as it wore off so easily. But recently I have admired a friend who always had lipstick on as it brightened up her entire appearance So I decided to try again, and since I like Bobbi Brown products I asked for help at the counter to suggest a product and color. The sales person was very helpful. The very first time I wore it it was noticed and I got loads of compliments. And it lasted way longer than any product I used before I will now be a lipstick wearer.
Just received my first Bobbi Brown lip color, and there really is no comparison to other lipsticks I've used. Since I had never spent this much on lip color, I had to convince myself that I "deserved" the splurge just this once! But there is truly a difference; BB goes on so smoothly, feels wonderful on my lips, and looks rich and creamy. I wanted to use a lip liner for more definition, but I didn't need to. The colors appear to be multi-dimensional, but aren't sparkly, ombré, or garish. Whether I'll spend this much on lipstick again remains to be seen, but I'll enjoy this one while I've got it!
