I think this is probably a good product, but not for me. It is the reminder that some things are better-purchased in the store, rather than online. I haven't used this brand of lipstick before - not the brand or the color. For my 64-year old lips, it is too dry, even with gloss on top. And I didn't quite guess the color right.
BUT, this is one of the reasons I buy cosmetics at Nordstrom. I can take this lipstick in and choose something else, without a problem.
I recently ordered 3 of Bobbi Brown's Lip Colors - "a creamy semi-matte color . . . with rich, full coverage . . . look like lips, only better." I LOVE BB's semi-matte formula lipsticks. However, there have been a few times when a new color I loved turned out to not have the same creamy, yet semi-matte look or feel to it. One of the 3 I recently ordered - Watermelon - definitely does not belong in the same category as the others. I was so excited to see this color because I have been looking forever for a red lipstick that was the shade of watermelon and I thought I had found it. I was so disappointed when I applied the lipstick. It was blotchy, dry and showed up differently on different areas of my lips! I really hope they can fix this watermelon mess.

Prosgreat formula, comfortable, flattering
I have been wanting a red lipstick for a long time. I was able to swipe it at the mall along with another BB red, this one is incredible. I have fair skin, dark hair and hazel eyes this color is just right. I cant say if its blue/red but is not orangey at all. Also love the texture. My other lipsticks are Nars, love them too. This color name is Red.

Proslong-wearing, non-sticky, creamy
I own about a dozen shades in BB lip color. The formula, color pigment, matte combination are what make this product best out there. It feels creamy and hydrating, and has staying power. I dislike when lipsticks transfer all over your teeth. These lipsticks stay on your lips with very little going on your teeth. I love the BB scent, and the luxurious feel of how these lipsticks glide on your lips.
