THE COLOUR!!!!

I love the shade of black raspberry! If you're looking for lipstick that's of a warm tint and not bright (but rather more grey and desaturated), definitely consider this one! I've been looking for a natural tone that's a few shades darker than the shade of my natural lips and a bit redder, yet not very saturated with colour. Perfect for the grunge look. It's summer now, so perhaps one might find a brighter shade more fitting, but in the winter or during evenings out this would be an absolute MUST! A little bit goes a long way. Although, it's not creamy and my lips get dry, so I put on lip balm beforehand. Also, it does not last for very long- only a couple hours or so, especially if you're active. One last thing- it tastes like licorice (which I find yucky), so if you also aren't pleased by the taste of licorice, I recommend putting another lip gloss or something of the sort on top of this lipstick. Not sure if other shades have the same taste.
Overall, GREAT COLOUR and a bit is all I need for the look I want, but not moisturizing, not very long-lasting, and tastes kinda bad. I'd say it's worth the money.

I realize seeing something in print, and how it looks on your lips can be extremely different. In this case it was ... I tried the lipstick with and without liner, both times it was kind of orange. Trying to match an old lipstick of mine (Lancome's Risque) for a long time - Desert Plum "looked" like the color, but didn't work on me. I need to return it. BUT, the texture, feel, etc. is wonderful - I have another Bobbi Brown lip color and its a great color on me and feels great!

Prosgreat color
I'm light-medium skinned, green eyed and chestnut haired and this color just works! I'm starting my 3rd tube that's how much I like it. Just a tad of color (pinkie natural) on my old blue-ish lips.
