I bought the color raisin and honestly I thought it would be reddish brown but as it turns out it’s more brown. It has ok staying power and it’s creamy and glides on well. I’m going to keep it because it’s a pretty good everyday shade but not crazy about it.
I have been a long time fan and customer of the Bobbi Brown cosmetics line since it launched back in the 1990s. My initial introduction to the line was at the downtown Nordstrom Store in Chicago during a business trip! The now iconic Bobbi Brown Lipstick line helped build my brand loyalty. It has retained both its quality and classic, iconic colors - like ‘Brown” over the years and continues to refresh the product line with trending color.
I love Bobbi Brown products, in general - my favorite lipstick is the Luxe Lip Color, which lasts and lasts. This lipstick, however, dries out my lips and makes me wonder if there is an ingredient included to which I'm allergic. (I don't have allergies, so not sure what that's all about). I will have to return this, as it is a no-go for me.
I have been using Bobbi Brown cosmetics for a long time. My favorite product is the burnt red lipstick. I wear this lipstick daily. The color is perfect for my complexion and the texture is very good.
