I have always struggled to find the right foundation, because I have combo skin (dry in some places, oily in others), mild rosacea in my cheeks, and visible pores. This is the best foundation I have ever used and it would take a lot for me to switch to something else. I was paying for high end liquid, cream, mineral, and serum foundations, and I never really liked the coverage, or the staying power. But this powder, with just a few strokes of a powder brush, provides me with hours of natural-looking coverage. If you are into really dramatic makeup, you could probably use this as build able coverage, but I like it because I don’t wear a ton of makeup and it ends up leaving my skin looking really even. Also love that it doesn’t clog pores and covers the redness on my cheeks pretty well. Thanks to the helpful makeup artists at the flagship Nordstrom for bringing this product to my attention over a year and a half ago- changed my makeup game!
Just received this item bought the NW15 for my light rosy tone complexion. I used to use Mac Select Sheer Pressed in NC20. This is very close to the same color, had to try to match it online. Not easy to do, Mac offers so many colors it was quite difficult. It's just a bit lighter than I would like but willing to give it a shot. I must say it goes on like powder, finishes quite nicely. I'm still mostly natural redhead some aging going on, doesn't settle in my fine lines. I really like it so far I will see as summer approaches how it holds up. I do recommend if looking for a light powder, you can add more for more coverage. IT IS HARD TO OPEN BOTTOM PART FOR THE PUFF HOPE IT GETS EASIER
