I've been a loyal fan of this gel eyeliner for a long time, it stays put all day!! I recently received a pencil as a free sample so I thought I would see if they've improved over time, NOPE, this is way better!
Oh my goodness - is this the BEST liner in the world. And this new color - Oh wow!!! I love that it isn't as intense as black and even though it says shimmer - I don't really see it. Just a great everyday liner that stays where you put it!
