great gel liner, all-time favorite, but not for every person and every purpose. to keep it stunningly black, you can't spread it out too thin, but it's easy to then make the line too large (if you're going for subtlety.) best used with a super thin brush that you can practice with so that you learn better control. best also to spray afterwards with a setting spray, because it does not fuse permanently to your skin and may rub off.
Goes on easily and stays on. I've been using this for YEARS... I think they've changed something in the past few years, as it dries out in the pot quicker than it used to and I think it used go on easier. Still this is the only eyeliner that works for me.
This eyeliner by Bobbie Brown is great for sensitive eyes. I have been using Maybelline eyeliner for years and recently it has been giving me eye irritation and headaches to where I can no longer stand it. This gel liner goes on like butter and doesn’t irritate my eyes at all. It doesn’t smudge for me and lasts all day. For those saying it’s smudges, it could potentially be whatever skin care products they’re using prior or if they have oily skin.
