I’ve tried many eyeliners from gel to liquid and I always come back to this. This is very reasonably priced compares to many brands. The quality is consistently high. A thin eyeliner brush works best. You need very little to accomplish your desired effect. So unfortunately, it dries out before you are done with the bottle but still worth the money. Not exceptionally well-suited for water line.
Bobbi Brown products are the best quality and always deliver what you expect. This gel eyeliner doesn’t disappoint. Recommend it, once of the best on the market.
