This is the best eyeliner I have ever owned. It actually stays on all day. It is the only eyeliner I have ever tried that doesn't smudge or wear off by the end of the day. I love the look of it too - it isn't as harsh as a liquid eyeliner and it is a little more intense than an eye pencil.
