I like Trish's eye primer but this one, I can't say I am thrilled with it's application or ability to add lipstick after. I put it on at least 5 minutes prior to lip liner but it just seems sticky..color from lip liner is difficult to apply. I will reserve judgement for a few more weeks or two. Might purchase a Trish lip liner to see if there is a difference.
