Sweet & warm. A powdery vanilla type scent with a tough of spice. A very inviting fragrance that keeps me coming back for more. Very feminine. Love it.
My grandma has been using this for years and it smells great. Makes a great gift.

I LOVE this fragrance!! It's been my signature fragrance for 30+ years. I've tried to change it - or add another one - but I always go back to Shalimar. When men stop you in elevators and grocery store lines to ask you what perfume you're wearing so they can get it for their wives/girlfriends, you know it's good. Maybe it just goes with my chemistry, but I get constant compliments on this fragrance. I have the lotion as well so I can layer for a longer lasting fragrance. It's soft and very feminine and I feel like such a lady when I wear it. Honestly, you can't go wrong with Shalimar!
Truly, a fragrance exhibiting allure, refinement, and distinction!
Shalimar's exquisite notes of vanilla, citrus, and smoke/powder maintain an evened, 'sweetened' presence upon one's self. An evening fragrance, to my consideration, however, greatly respectable through varying occurrences.
(Regarding longevity, the Eau de Toilette falls mildly short, although, its smoothness proves addicting, and furthermore 'acceptable.')
