I must post upfront that I have really sensitive skin that gets irritated easily. I found this cream to have a wonderful smell and is very creamy. The exfoliating beads are a bit more "sharp" for lack of a better word or aggressive than clinique's 7 day scrub cream as a comparison. I am only able to use this once or twice a week and follow up with a thick moisturizer.

I love, love, love this cream! I only use it twice a week, but it keeps my skin so fresh and smooth!
