These are fabulous shoes. Great looking and very functional. They also last forever! Service at Nordstrom was wonderful.

Poor fit

I have two other pair of Mephisto's shoes in different styles that fit and wear great in size 11. I followed the advice and ordered one half size down which was a correct fit lengthwise, however the heel was so loose even with heavy socks I had to return them. I think Mephisto has lost it's quality control in the shoes made in Turkey.

Quality Has it's Own Value

Prossuperior quality
Simply the best shoes I have ever ever worn and owned. They are expensive but worth every penny of their cost.The fact that they can be refurbished by Mephisto brings their overall cost down. I have back problems which requires me to wear shoes that have a cushioned heall strike. These are simply the best shoes I have ever found. Additionally the service at Nordstrom is second to none. Why settle for anything less?

Great job, I had to return twice to make a final decision. Everything went very well, staff in store and mailroom.
