Prossoothing, creamy, moist, smells good, almost clear, makeup remover
I love the balm rinse for the face because it takes off all of your facial makeup and soothes dry skin in the dead of winter. I use it in the winter when I change over my face products I use seasonally. It hydrates your skin and a dab will do you on this product, you do not need very much. You wet your face with warm water and take a bit of the facial wash and rub it all over your face then take it off with a warm, damp wash cloth, then rinse well. I them would pair this with their eye cream and another facial cream from the Bobbi Brown line. This works for even combination skin. When the seasons change it keeps in the frig well. I really like it and it does not make you break out at all. I have even used it when I am outside in the bitter cold as an actual protective cream over my sunscreen.

I am in love with this product! I've never tried a balm before and I have very dry skin. I use this after the BB soothing cleansing oil. It is so silky, gentle and smooth, and smells amazing! Although the price point is high, the amount of product will last you months. I highly recommend for dry skin types.

this cleanser is fabulous to take off all traces of makeup. My skin feels clean but not dry and tight after using it.
I was not aware Bobbi Brown had so many creams and cleansers for dry mature skin until I was introduced to them earlier this year when I signed up for a beauty event. The sales person was very educated about the ingredients in their products and what they would do. She gave me a sample of the extra balm rinse and after a couple of uses, I was convinced that this was the best, most nourishing cleanser I had ever used. It made my skin feel moisturized and the wrinkles much less noticeable. I have purchased the large size as I a using it morning and night with great results. Thanks Bobbi Brown and Nordstrom for providing such excellent skincare for older women.
