I have been using the Anastasia Perfect Brow Pencil for 25 years. I have tried others, but always have returned to the Perfect Brow pencil because it’s the easiest, most reliable, and most natural-looking brow tool out there.
Disappointed with the Anastasia brow pencil. Why they can't make it softer so I don't have to press so hard and tear my skin apart applying it, is beyond me. It should go on easy.
