I didn’t think this product did a very good job of removing eye makeup. I still had to rub quite a bit. I know the reviews said the remover was gentle and didn’t irritate the eyes, which is why I tried it. However, though it didn’t burn, I definitely found it irritating and knew I’d never use it, so it has been returned.
I have used this product for many years. It is one of the few I have found that does not have an oily base. It is very effective in removing eye makeup quickly and with no residue getting into the eyes in the process. My eyes are extremely sensitive to products, and this one really works well for me.
