I’ve been using this for years, and I try to keep a bottle of this rinse-off solvent besides any other bottle of two-phase eye makeup remover. For as long as this is in the market, there will always be a bottle of Clinique’s Rinse-off eye makeup solvent in my “hardware” box. It easily removes the type of makeup that I use, and it works great correcting eye makeup errors without feeling oily or leaving any film. Highly recommend.
This is the only eye make up remover that I have used for many years. it is not oily, very gentle on my eyes. This is actually only product from Clinique that I use.
