This Clinique rinse off eye makeup solvent is awesome! I can use it at night to remove all traces of eye makeup (I don't use waterproof mascara) or use it to remove an eyeliner mistake and can just rinse and redo the eye. It's not oily like some other eye makeup removers. Love it and have used it for years. Have tried other drug store brands and always come back to this one!
