I'm a little disappointed. It requires several applications and washing to get my eye makeup off with this solvent, leaving the skin around my eyes red and sore. It's just not as effective as using an oil-based cleanser that doesn't require rinsing off.
I've been using this eye makeup solvent for years, it's not greasy or oily like most other eye markup remover. But as I only wear concealers and such for my eyes so can't comment on how well it takes off heavy eye makeup.
