I was purchasing cheap liners and kept having issues with smearing. This one stays where you put it much better, even under goggles (for work). You get what you pay for!

Very nice color. Could be a little creamier and easier to go on. Good smudging tool. I found Sisley pencil after, which is everything I wanted in a gel pencil.
I've used Clinique's Quickliner for a number of years, and it's perfect. It goes on easily, lasts all day, and is the color I want. It's also reasonably priced.
I ordered the smoky brown and it goes with pretty much everything. I put it on in the morning and there's still plenty of color left at the end of day. I'm a light makeup person so this is just the right touch of color.
