I really love this eyeliner. I have been using it for years. What I like about it is that it really stays put for the most part once you put it on, but it is a pencil so isn't messy and difficult to use like liquid liner.
Great product, great color. This is very easy to use and the texture makes for easy application. I've used it for years and it is always consistently good.
The store that I always use were out for awhile,started to get panicky. There is not a lot of eye liners I can use. A friend told me about you guys. I was surprised how fast I got it,plus free shipping. Will be using you again. Thanks

Repeated problem with online cosmetic purchases

The product I got is very disappointing- I used this eyeliner for 3 years and always happy with the effect. I always bought it at local Macy’s store. However this time when I purchased online it just doesn’t work. The liner doesn’t not yield any color in my eyelid- never happened before. I doubt the product is the same as I bought in local store. Similar thing happened before when I bought a Bobbi Brown foundation from Nordstrom online. I will never purchase cosmetic products online from Nordstrom.
