I cannot ever get enough of this fragrance, it's a sharp classic with oakmoss and patchouli in the base, the top note is verbena and sage then it gives way to reveal sweet(but not cloying) florals, geranium, rose and jasmine. The combination makes for a sophisticated, complex fragrance that has great staying power and never overwhelms. I have been wearing this since 1971 when it launched and even though I have a very broad selection of classic French perfumes this is a standout favorite that never fails to to garner compliments and the shower gel is heavenly as the whole bathroom is gently swathed in this enticing scent
