The product works well and does what it is suppose to do. My only complaint is it has a really strong smell upon application, but dissapears quickly so it's fine. But the initial smell is very strong.

Prosto different.
Called customer service when this arrived because it was not what i ordered.I ordered Scruffing lotion 3.5,Have to say i don't like change when it comes to something i use every day for my face and this is one of them.Started to send back but,have not yet.Packaging different and does not smell or fill the same.Web site shows my old version and thats why i ordered it. If this continues i will have to change brands.

If my memory isn't lost, i think your product that I bought from you isn't full. It might spill out of the bottle. I'm very disappointed about this purchase.
