This product is a must for me and I've been using it for years. I've tried others, but keep coming back to this! I apply it all over my eyelid and then apply my eye shadow and liner. It keeps my eyeshadow from creasing and eyeliner from smudging all day long! It's a must with my hooded eyes. Love it!
