This remover does it all - waterproof mascara, layered foundation, liquid lipstick, you name it. It does not irritate my eyes or my skin. My favorite thing is it’s oil-based which doesn’t dry my skin and more importantly it doesn’t require extra rubbing or pulling on my face. My mom has been using this remover for as long as I can remember and it’s easy to see why!
