I have used Take the Day Off for years. It is very gentle and removes all traces of eye and other makeup. I find this to be superior to Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm, which I got in a sample and found to be irritating. Just shake the bottle to combine, moisten a cotton ball, and wipe across your eyelids. Perfect!
