i’m really unsure why most people rave about this product - i really think this is the worst makeup remover ever. i’m not sure if there was a re-formulation to this but it did not remove my eye makeup. i’m not one to wear heavy eye makeup. my go-to makeup is literally just mascara (not waterproof) and this didn’t remove it when other makeup remover products do effectively and effortlessly. this product is absolute trash. i have used the balm of the clinique take the day off which i do really like, but this liquid one was just a no-go for me.
