I like the product, but for some reason this bottle arrived with half of it being bubbles. Been sitting in the cupboard for several days and still mostly bubbles.

I have been using this eye makeup remover (oil and water based) since high school (30 years) and it works so well and is so gentle on your eyes. I have tried others and either didn’t take everything off or irritated my delicate eye area. Will never use anything else!
