This removes waterproof mascara really well. I used a more expensive brand for decades (French brand), but recently decided to try something more affordable. I started using a remover that I purchased at my local drugstore. This other remover was certainly cheaper than the brand I had been using and it did remove my waterproof mascara, but it also stung. I then tried a sample of this Clinique remover—and it worked beautifully. Yes, it's oily, but you have to wash your face anyway and it's a little bit of extra moisture in an area that can use it! It doesn't sting, it's effective, and it's affordable—thanks Clinique!
This really does take off all my makeup without irritating my face and eyes. No smell either for those of us sensitive to that. I’ve used many other brands but always come back to this one. Good size and price.
