I have very sensitive eyes and this does not burn sting or cause watering. You will need a flat squared brush... Dip it in water... Pick up the color and apply to eyes. It will stay on over 24 hours and I've never had it run or smear. Love love love it!
This formula allows for a very thin application line above my lashes. While not waterproof, the line lasts throughout the day. A cake formula means that I can mix a thick, rich color or a thinner lighter color. Versatile!
