Love this product! I have very light eyebrows that are now turning gray. My hair stylist recommend this instead of dying my eyebrows. Much better than a pencil. Looks natural.
I love the product my eyebrows look full again. The representative that sold it to me was nice and pleasant and answered all my questions. The first delivery of the product never showed up on my porch, when I informed customer service they immediately sent me another one at no additional charge. I received it in a few days. Thank you very much I always have good experiences with Nordstrom's.

Best product and hard to find!

I have very sparse brows and the color is almost non existant. My mother started me using this brow powder a LONG time ago and I haven’t strayed from it since then, except for after I had my brows tattooed on. I use the color charcoaled. My hair is colored brown right now but I wore it natural (grey) for many years after I lost it to chemo and it gre back. The color charcoaled is still perfect for my brown hair, too, since my tattoos have started fading.
I just got a new one (each one lasts about 7-8 years) and the brushes included have the best shape and texture for precise application and the formula provides all day coverage.
When I tried to find it on other websites, Nordstrom was the only store that carried it and it took several weeks to get it, which leads me to believe that Clinique might have stopped making it in favor of the new fangle brow shapers. It seems that Nordstrom will look to find you difficult items and also keeps you appraised of their progress in locating the item for you.
I ordered my favorite lipstick recently and Nordstrom is trying to find one for me (at the normal price). I searched the web for it and found some on Amazon for as much as $58 each!

This brow shaper has resolved a bunch of issues I've had with brow management. The brushes are stiff enough to shape my brows carefully and angled enough to leave a natural look. The powder offers enough coverage to mix my brown and grey mix. The effect lasts all day. Definitely a keeper.
