I have been using Clinique for well over 20 years and wore black honey for many of those 20 years. When I saw this new shade, I decided to try it (wanted a bit less red). There is virtually no color on my lips (and I am fair skinned so it would show). At this price point, I’d expect something more than a gloss. You can do just as well with an inexpensive lip product at the drugstore (made for chapped lips) or use vaseline; you’ll get the same look at a fraction of the price.

I love this--probably my favorite lip color. Very emollient, and you can easily build the color. I bought it in Flirty and just ordered another color. The Flirty is a gorgeous pink. Very wearable. Love it.
