Dried Out My Lips Terribly!!

Generally, I love Clinique products and I know this is a super-popular color so I thought I'd give it a try. First, let me say...I did not like the consistency of this sheer formula. Hardly any color showed up on my lips at all. Second, I couldn't figure out why my lips were so incredibly dry and then it dawned on me...it's the lipstick!! To prove my theory, I got my lips back in shape with lip balm and did not use any lipstick for a couple of days. Then, I used this lipstick again and voila! Incredibly dry lips. So, I'm not sure what is in this but whatever it is, it really irritated my lips. As far as the color Black Honey goes...meh...it's just ok. I think there are far prettier plums that Clinique makes that are much better. I'd pass on this one!!

I love the color of this. It is a great color and I have received so many compliments when I wear it. Easy to apply and I think would look great on everyone!

Lipstick always feels too heavy for me. Along comes almost lipstick! It is perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. The color is lovely!
