I was very fortunate to find a special limited edition set of Almost Lipsticks as a Nordstrom exclusive a couple years back. There were some very neat colors that I've been hoarding & using sparingly because I love them so much! The standard Black Honey truly is amazing. This color seems universally flattering & has looked great on every person I've known who has ever tried it. The color is fairly buildable so you can put on multiple coats if desired; though it looks good with just a single swipe, too. It would be so, so, so fantastic if Clinique would offer a wider range of colors!!

I can't rave enough about Clinique Almost Lipstick...I love every aspect of this product! It goes on smooth, and blends easily with my lip color for a more natural look. The color also builds, so using it sparingly or over an untinted gloss creates a lighter look, while using a little more makes for a bolder appearance! I love the velvety feel of this product, and can use it even when my lips are feeling dry.

I love the color of this lipstick it enhances the coloring of my actual lips making them look full and natural. This lipstick never looks flacky no mater how long I wear it during the day which is always a big plus!!

A non-lipstick lipstick: perfect for on the go

When it was first recommended to me that I purchase this, I was hesitant because the color is so dark. However, not so: it is the perfect mix of tint and sheer, lightweight feeling, all in one. The color is subtle, yet dark enough. I also love that it isn't sticky like many glosses are. My only negative is that I would love to see Clinique bring it back in other shades!
