I have had some time looking for just the right gloss and sheer color. This is perfect. Usually colors are a nude, and on me they can wash me out, not flattering. When I first saw the color I thought it would be a dark maroon color, but I tries it. Its perfect. It adds enough red, but not too dark. I can put on just a small amount, or even several coats. It looks great!!

I've been using this product for years and I'm yearning for other colurs. It feels light and hudrates perfectly. It protects lips even in harsh winters. I miss the discontinued colors and would love to see a sheer red color as well. Please, please, please make other colors in this winning product!!!!!

Prosdoes not dry out your lips, lovely color feel and wearability, sheer not heavy and thick
Consdon't expect this to be a full coverage product
Ever since reading that red lipstick can be worn by anyone, I have tried many times to wear it. I have always been disappointed until now. Although this product color is quite dark, it applies in a very sheer and subtle way. I feel perked up and confident when I wear it, not like my overly bold lips are noticed before the rest of me is:)

I've got to echo the other reviews. I hope they never discontinue this product or color. I've used Clinique products in this color for almost 30 years now (originally in a gloss pot form for me) and it is a magical color. I also have other colors of this product that I use with great care as, sadly, when they are gone they are gone. The weight and texture of this product suit my casual lifestyle and look and feel perfect. If there were more colors it would be the only lip product I'd ever buy.
