Great product!

This is the best lip product I've tried. I've been searching for years for this consistency and tint in a lipstick... I guess I should've been searching for "almost" lipstick!

I was wary of this product because it looks so dark at first

I was wary of this product because it looks so dark at first glance. I saw a friend of mine use it one day, and once I saw how nice it looked on her, I decided to try it myself. It provides a sheer wash of color that can be deepened as you add more layers to it. It goes on smooth and feels really good on the lips. For me, it serves as a tint and a balm all in one. Don't be fooled by first appearances on this one - it really is a nice color that somehow seems to look good on everyone.

Where has this been all my life?

Great universal tint, love the feeling. Not too "slippery" and not too thick. Stays on for quite a long time. Love it!

the rumors are true!

Prosdoesn't overwhelm, not too dry, versatile
I had heard about this lipstick through a beauty newsletter and they claimed it was the "lipstick that looks good on anyone!" It went on to say that it looked different on everyone and was went on a light color even though the stick itself is very dark. When I put it on, I was hooked. I am fairly young and this color doesn't make me look like I've been in mommy's makeup drawer. Usually lipstick dries out my lips and makes them tingle unpleasantly, but this gives just the right amount of moisture. I will never use anything else ever again! (as long a clinique keeps it in their collection...grr...)
