Finally gave in to my fascination with the fact of only one lipcolor being available in one line of lipstick...rare, to say the least. Also, was skeptical of the overwhelming amount of positive reviews, too. Ordered during a free shipping promotional offer, finally had to try this ''amazing'' colour. Well, it's true. Applied it in usual manner, went and looked in mirror, and immediately caught on to the description many reviewers have given of lips looking totally natural, as if there was no lipstick present. I'm a skin type I, fair to medium. IT IS NOT LIKE ''MOOD'' LIPSTICK PRODUCTS. On me, the color became a totally natural lip tone combination of fleshy-pink, I did not need lipliner with this product, in fact, lip liner would take away from the impact of the product. GREAT. If you haven't tried it, please go ahead and check it out! The reviewer's are accurate. :) The color actually does look ''black'' yet is sheer and adapts in a natural way to the lip tone.

Conseasy to go through/use up
This is the nicest lip product I've ever used. The consistency is perfect; not too moist, never gluey like gloss, not cakey or heavy. The sheer color builds very nicely with a couple of layers. A++

I love this color (black honey). I am very fair and this shade is just perfect. The only down side is that it doesn't stay on long.

Prosfeels glossy but not gooey, impossible to cake-on, looks different on everyone

I am and will always be a clinique girl, their products are ah-mazing. I'd been flippin' through my glossy's and stumbled onto an ad for the black honey lipstick. So after a few makeup trips I finally decided to try it and i have to say it was worth every penny. I love the way the lipstick goes on and stays on, it's a product that works for a day look and night look! So all I have to say is goodbye lipgloss!
