This is a really high-quality powder. It goes well with my (very hard to match) skin tone, and does a surprisingly good job of evening out the color without looking heavy. It stays on most of the day but washes off easily with normal makeup remover. The only thing I would change is to add SPF. (The discontinued mineral powder with SPF was perfect!)
I have extremely light, nearly transparent, skin, but with very cool/rosy undertones. Normally I use the lightest shade of Clinique makeup, but if you're like me, I recommend Transparency 2. Use a better brush than the provided one for your first application. That brush is better for keeping "locked and loaded" for touch-ups later in the day.
This product is most interesting. It gives you the look of having used powder without looking powdered up! At age 74, this is a huge bonus for me--no more "cakey" look. Received a sample in a Clinique gift and after trying it immediately ordered the full size. This will definitely replace the product I've been using for years. As for color--it somehow manages to do it's work without changing the foundation color used. Anyone for 10 stars???
I have been using this powder for decades, in a variety of colors, depending on the season. Now, I've introduced it to my teenage daughter and due to it's light, natural look and feel, it has become one of her favorite makeup items also. The amount of product is good for the price, and it also contains a bonus powder brush inside!
