I love it and use for a few years. This is the only thing that helped me to survive when I had severe problems with lips. It makes the lips soft,protected,moisturized. I use for the night and as a lip balm or lip gloss during the day. I like that it gives a nice shine.I tried another lip treatment from clinique that is more expensive,and this one is the winner for me. I will buy again.
I own both repairwear intensive lip treatment and this superbalm. I love them both, but I have to say this product is price tag friendly when compared to its pricier counterpart if you're on a budget. Goes on clear and leaves lil bit of shine to your lips similar to the superbalm gloss but w/o any color. When compared to Repairwear, supergloss looks shinier on the lips and slightly more tackier (but not that bad), and about the same level of moisturizing effect. It is moisturizing, emollient and you don't need to apply frequently. Now for the negatives. There are two negatives for this product: 1) Why does Clinique make this HALF the size of the superbalm gloss w/ color? It should be the same size for the price point! Just be aware... this superbalm tube is tiny!! 2) I find it quite strange and a little awkward to hold the tube to apply it on my lips given how the applicator tip is facing sideway and not front/back of the tube. Does anyone else have this issue? This might be one of those quality control issues with the packaging of the product.

Satiny-smooth is not how I would describe this product. I purchased hoping it would be more nourishing than sticky but that is not the case. It does give a nice shine and for that it gets two stars instead of one.
